Nestled in an upcoming Los Angeles area, this house was designed with one desired characteristic: a contemporary approach to the Mediterranean style. This was achieved by abstracting the standard components of Mediterranean design into minimalist aspects of design.

While the floor plan offers the open flow of a modern home, the house offers a structured interior with beautiful open sided balconies and outdoor patios that blur the outdoor-indoor edge.
