Bringing the L shaped floor plan to the next level with this modern combination of metal, cast in place concrete, slim bricks and and natural wood paneling, for an upcoming luxury house nested in the chic Holmby Hills area of Los Angeles.

With its double height foyer creating a statement for the entrance and its open floor plan leading to a large and partially covered entertainment patio with a brick fireplace, this house is the first of its kind in XID's portfolio.
