Villa Formosa II was a challenge due to its narrow lot. The idea was to design a home that felt spacious inside despite the size of the lot, one of the smallest lot width we have ever designed a home on. With more than 2,000 sqft of basement, the house counts 6 bedrooms, large indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces, a 750 sqft master suite, and a 1650 sqft rear yard.
